According to the NT, the resurrection changed everything. If Jesus indeed conquered death (and we believe he did) then it completely transforms how we look at life in the here and now. This month's training will explore how to live in the light of the resurrection individually and together in the most practical ways. (Note: this course will not be helpful to anyone who is not expecting to alter their actual behaviour in any way as a result of this conversation.) Led by Gary Best. Week 1: If our future is now, how must we live? |

Keith Turner gives an insightful and sometimes funny picture of the difference between fairness and justice. He says that God is presented in Scripture as 'just' rather than 'fair' and he encourages people to live this way towards others. |

Angela Stanley talks on solitude. "In order to have a compassionate ministry with people we must regularly find ourselves in solitude away from people. The stepping back from the ordinary allows us to step back into the ordinary with a perspective rooted in God's heart. This necessary discipline is the furnace of transformation for our spiritual lives." |
